MONTGOMERY: Smith, Petraske to face off in November

Few residents turned out at the polls on Tuesday. Republican Rich Smith received 273 votes and Democrat Mark Petraske received 218. The two will face off for the single open seat on the Montgomery Township Committee in Novemberâs elections.
